  • How can I pay for reservation?
    On our site you can pay the order by credit card or call the manager to learnt about another ways
  • Who charges my card?
    To pay by card you go to a special secure page of our partner «Platon».
  • Why transaction is declined?

    The reason can be:

    • • Insufficient funds on your card;
    • • You make a mistake when entering the card number, expiration date, CVV / CVC code;
    • •Your bank has set limits on the amount of payments made in the day;
    • • Your bank has banned the payment through the Internet, or you must authorize payment service via the Internet by contacting your bank.

    If for any reason you can not make a payment services, call your issuing bank over the phone technical support, indicated on the back of your credit card, and describe the problem. Your bank probably will help you.

  • What is the confirmation of order?

    Confirmation of the order is a voucher that we will send you on e-mail that you have specified while booking. The voucher contains all necessary information about order.

  • Is it possible to make an order for a third party?

    Yes. When you make booking, be sure that you have specified the phone number belonged to the passenger, not you.

Meeting and ride

  • How to find the driver?

    The driver will meet you at the airport arrival terminal with a personalized sign. If the meeting takes place in the hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby or in the parking lot at the entrance to the hotel. Turn on the phone right after landing.   • What to do if your flight is canceled?

  • If I carry oversized luggage?

Changes and cancelation

  • How to change the order?

    To change the order, call +380963088538 and send confirmation of changes to fit@travel-life.pro.  Make changes in order you can only if this changes will not change former value. If your changes affect the cost of the order, you will need to make an extra charge.

  • How to cancel the order?

    To cancel the reservation, call +380963088538 and send confirmation of changes to fit@travel-life.pro. The order can be canceled without penalty within 72 hours prior to travel. If you cancel after the deadline will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of the trip. In case of cancellation of a flight cancellation is made without penalty.

  • How soon money will be refund if you cancel?

    They can be returned if you write a letter for a refund or an offset.

  • Can I use only one trip in the order round trip?

  • Booking terms and conditions of transfers
    • Transfer becomes nonrefundable 72 hours before his execution.
    • You can make changes in the transfer no later than 48 hours before his execution, after 72 hours any changes on request and not guaranteed.

    • When meeting client at the airport- maximum waiting time from the moment of flight arrival is 60 minutes. When meeting client at the Hotel ( or adress)- maximum waiting time is 15 minets. Unfortunately the driver will not be able to expect the customer more than mantioned time, so in the case of delay the client will have to use alternative transport (transfer fee will not be returned).
    • Customer number, which you specify while booking transfer- must be available at the time of transfer (in order driver can contact the customer and clarify the details, or to inform tourists about the meeting place).
    • Baggage allowance per person is 1 unit hand luggage and 1 suitcase (maximum overall size of 158 cm (length + width + height), if there is excess baggage or the size of the primary suitcase do not meet the above mentioned, please contact the manager on the phone number 380 963 088 538 and to clarify details.
    • If the client can not find the car within 5 minutes from  pick up time, client should immediately contact the manager on the phone number 380 963 088 538.
    • If the transfer was failed due to the fault of the carrier, it will be refund the transfer cost or taxi cost (only with receipt). Refund will be the highest cost of the two.
